- Contact form and e-mail: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company, subject and message.
- Business relationship: contact details of people at customers, suppliers and partners, and the information needed for offers, orders, deliveries and invoices.
- Website use: technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit, which our web server records automatically.
3. Why we use it, and on what basis
- To answer your request, send information or samples and prepare an offer or trial: steps you ask for before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.
- To carry out orders and contracts, including delivery, invoicing and after-sales support: performance of the contract.
- To meet legal obligations, such as accounting and tax rules.
- To keep business contacts informed about relevant products and events: our legitimate interest. You can object to this at any time.
- To run and secure this website: our legitimate interest in a working and safe website.
4. How long we keep it
We keep data from enquiries for up to two years after our last contact, unless a business relationship follows. Customer and supplier data is kept for the duration of the relationship and afterwards as long as the law requires, for accounting records currently ten years. Web server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell your data. We only share it where needed with:
- service providers who process data on our behalf, such as the provider of our website and business software (Odoo) and our e-mail and IT providers, under a data processing agreement;
- companies of the Synfyra group (Fillosys, CSP-Engineering) where needed to answer your question or serve you as a customer;
- carriers, for deliveries;
- authorities, when the law requires it.
Your data is processed within the European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside the EEA, we make sure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission.

This website only uses functional cookies that are needed for it to work, for example to remember your language. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.
